Well, isn't it disclosing to the world that Delphi 6 has a new
exception-handling model and that they are looking for a way to open-source
the technology without losing their investment in the development? The
rest, as they say, is NDA.

Still, I think this teaser is good press for Borland's relationship with
open source - it's encouraging to think there is light at the end of the
tunnel...
