Today I tried to connect two houra before and it was impossible.
Now I've tried again 4 minutes ago and Mers is ok. Consider that for a 36
Kbps line, loading 100 headers less than 10 seconds is fast for me and
retrieving each article at a rate of one per second or one each three
seconds is fast for me, too.
In this moment, the connection has failed again. I can't blame Mers,
because I'm having a weird weather since one week ago and my ISP has
problems in that circumstance... maybe they deliver the TCP packets using
ants, so that would explain why each rain affects connections to the net.

Don't know why from your location Mers appears as a turtle. If you use the
email interface, you'll get the emails as they are sent without waiting for
the newsreader for loading them.
