I have put a new beta release of the driver on

this addresses the following problems.

Added SQLSetDescField/SQLSetDescRec/SQLForeignKeys

Fixed problem with trailing transaction

Allow SQLBindCol to be called from state S1 onwards, (should fix a
problem with Visio)

Fix incorrect SQL Type for SMALLINT from SQLGetTypeInfo

Handle DEFAULT bound parameters

Fix bug in SQLAllocStmt where incorrect error message could be
generated, without a error occurrring
