Please, refresh my knowledge !
I vaguely remember of a command-line tool in NT to set some bit in the PE
header of a Win32 executable to mark its 'processor affinity' to a single
processor.
I know how to do it at runtime, through programming. But would not like to
recompile IB just for that fun. At least for now. The Task Manager allows to
play with the affinity of a running process. But I'd like to set it in the
PE header (like it was possible 'sometimes ago' -- NT 3.5 I think).
Anybody remember this ?
