Well, sometimes. I had more luck with IB-Commits.

Good you mention it, because I had already forgotten. The link to
subscribe to IB-Commits on the IBDI web page is wrong.
Anyone listening who can do something about it?

But it doesn't help finding groups (or subscription information for
groups), for which you know only the name.
