Oliver, I agree with you.
The search facility of egroups is really 90% useless... it never returns
what you want.
You must susbscribe to the list using the email that was provided in another
email. Probably you would have known about this list if you had visited IBDI
site.
You can register with egroups. Then, after you have your registration ok,
you can enter a page called My Groups and you'll see all the list you are
subscribed to and can see the files and messages posted, list of members,
etc.
