Thanks for this clarification.

While my Trustware License isn't officially recognized by the Open Source
Movement guru's I'd like to claim that it is open source in many respects.
The only things I can think of that aren't allowed without my permission is
forking. I am very liberal about who can have access to the sources and do
genuinely trust that everyone will deal with me honorably.

Plus, all who are in the spirit of open source and actually contribute to
IBO get it free if they are commercial or not.

I'm also open to endorsing certain products/projects so that even if people
aren't contributing to IBO but a particular project they can have free
access to IBO as well. The IB-Designer project Dalton and I are doing is one
such example. Because it is based on IBO, all who contribute to this
project will get free access to IBO.

If you have an open source project, like an IB Consol rewrite, that you
would like to base on IBO, I will grant permission to distribute a copy of
IBO free to those contributing to such a project.
