Can we have an update on the ongoing efforts to finally get all those
contracts, licenses and so on... completed ?

I have something to ship.
And I'm waiting on 'final' IB 6 Win32 binaries to do it.
I'd like to know (even if private answer) if setting my plans for a roll-out
in august or at least before end of august is still viable ?

While we're waiting, would it be possible to get a final documentation at
least on setup ? I would like to test my distribution setup with the beta
but installed just like the release will be when available. So what I'm
asking for is the old famous PDF guide for OEM setup integration. Details of
registry keys, and so on. Suggested installation paths,... Updated for the
soon to be available final binaries.
