Subject More missing stuff

While at Inprise I wrote a simple document called build.txt, later
reworked by mark duquette, which described the tools and environment
required to build InterBase under win32. (there was also a
companion document for unix).
One would think that this kind of thing would accompany a
source release. Especially one that was delayed for 6 months
to 'clean up'

There was an internal web site (ibweb) which contained
this sort of documentation, as well as specifications
and design documents.

The more I see (or rather don't see) the more I realize
what a farce this is. 'Participation of the community' my a$$
