HI, People!
IB is a good product. I think that it is better than open source RDBMS such
as MySQL and Postgress. But I can't build it under Solaris 8 for x86 and
FreeBSD. Can I do it or how can I do it?
IB 6.0 will be very useful for me under this platforms, because I don't like
Linux and M$ NT.
In my business I use MySQL and Sybase under very high load -- MySQL works
unstable
and has poor functionality, Sybase works in my case under Linux and has the
same problems -- very unstable and cost a lot of money.
Can You send me links for obtaining some documentation about IB 6.0?
And finally, I have some free time, and may be can help You to port IB 6.0 on
FreeBSD and Solaris 8 IA.
