newsgroups. None of these appear to be currently accessible (my news
client can't seem to connect to the server.) Can anyone else reach
these?

The mers newsgroups also seem to be off line. (I'm trying to use JDBC
with the SuperServer 6 beta and not having any luck finding useful
info on that.)
