You will find FULL documentation for the whole issue in the manuals. You
will need to digest it from three places, thanks to the sometimes
unfathomable structure of the documentation set. Start in the Security
chapter of the Operations Guide, go to the intense detail in the Data
Definition Guide, refer to the Language Reference for a syntax summary.

Experiment for yourself. Please stop raising support questions in the
non-support lists and please do not cross-post.
