I'm a brazilian programmer and I'm trying translate the interbase.msg
file. But my C knowledge don't is very well.
I need the file .msg structure to build a application in Delphi to
import a txt file and convert to msg IB file.
I have a group of programmers to translate it in short time.
If any give me this file structure I develop this app and distribute
with source code to any more.
