We have only one foreign bank here- Societe Generale. And their prices are
high and they work only with companies. Our local banks do their job dishwashing
and transferring the funds between Europe and Russia, that's why their prices
are pretty low. However, no one seems to know what's on Putin's mind so this is
not forever, I hope.
