One engineer did some major work on this, about a year, year and 1/2
ago. I honestly can't remember why the project wasn't completed. I
don't think it was any technical reason.

Oralce has one and I think sybase has one. it already has been
done. the question is: how hard is it to do with IB? again it would
be a **HUGE** selling point (to corp world) if IB had this.
