What I would like for everyone to do is take this survey multiple times if
they represent multiple different perspectives.

For example, I am an employee of the State of Arizona, I am also the maker
of InterBase Objects. I also occasionally do some contracting. So,
technically I have three different roles for which a unique opinion can be
expressed. You just have to use a different email address for each one.
