If the email address what sets us apart, then I someone used mine
:-) I entered the survey with rlove@... then tried to do it
again (with out closing the applicatoin) with rlove@... and it
gave me a FK violation that Name already existed in usrtable...
I know I should have wrote it down.. :-(

Since you are testing I thought you should know.
