Not agreed. May be I have not enough information, but there are no ports of
fbclient to a lot of HW, on which WindowsCE runs (but .Net client should
work). Also there are no ports for all HW, supported by Android (take into an
account that this list will sooner of all expand fast). IMHO Java client
should run on it.
