seems that now is possible to put 64G of ddr2 ram on the s-ata interface
it's an slow interface i know but idea is somhow interesting
also it is good to show how fast an db can be if is installed on the ram

ok ok , i know it can be done on linux if you have enough ram you can
create an partition there and test
the db in memory
