Because I only wanted to say that IBPP is wrong candidat to choose functions

Generally yes, but when people say - we want functions in existing API
like 'isc_expand_dpb()' (i.e. helper functions, not absolutely needed, but
making use of API more comfortable), this seems reasonable. I only want
someone who wants such functions to publish a list of what is wanted to make
it possible to discuss it here.
