Here is it for Bulgaria:
On Second-hand market:
1. Pentium 200MMX, 128RAM, 3.4GB HDD, 2MB video - 40 Euro.
2. ATLON 1GHz, 256MB DDR, VIDEO: GF2 MX400 64MB TV OUT, CDR: NEC 16x8x32,
HDD1: 13GB, HDD2: 10GB - 100 Euro.
A new one configuration:
3. AMD Semptron 2200+, HDD 40GB, 256 DDR - around 200 Euro.

The price of software made on Firebird is from 200 to 5000 Euro. Of-course
there is much expensive software.

So that dispute about lowest Hardware for Firebird - I do not think that
it is much important.
