FB complains it this field is not initialized in XSQLDA. And we
don't have to change interface. Newly compiled programs will use new
format XSQLDA while engine re-creates SQLDa from byte stream
anyway... But backward compatibility will be lost, of course. Old
client library won't work with application compiled with new headers.
