Nope. I suggested SESSION TEMPORARY TABLE which does exactly what we've
agreed on and sounds exactly what we intend it to mean. Whether it might
become LOCAL TEMPORARY TABLE depends on our level of agreement and perhaps
future SQL spec changes. But it opens a way to design and implement what we
want and what our customers need without noticable divergence from the
standard.
