Hello:
mono runs on linux, windows and if i'm not worng they are working
for make it run on mac os x (the .net provider for
firebird can be used with mono on both windows and linux and with MS
.NET) and
mono has too a embeddable runtime that can be nice for this usage.
And we have Portable .NET (but i haven't tested the provider on it yet)
And in fact if you are going to add support for write SP's in Java
make it open for add the possibility to write them in other languages as
well.
