Hi,
I'm not sure if I'm correct to view FB as a fork from the original
Interbase 6 Open Edition, which seems "abandoned" by Borland. We know
that IB7 is not an open-sourced thing anymore and "IB7 OE" doesn't
seems too likely. Hence, it is quite clear that from IB6, the codes
were developed in 2 directions as IBx and FBx.
So far FB 1.0 and FB 1.5 are out but there seems to be a lack of
documentation. So much so that we are pretty much still reliant on the
original set of IB6 documentations from Borland.
Are we ready to roll out a set of documentations for FB?
Maurice
