I've uploaded a new version of my fbintl2.dll example
to our file area at:

(Includes sources, Win32 DLL, test scripts)

Besides ISO646_DE and LIKEJAVA, already implemented in the
previous version, it includes UTF16BE, a two byte UNICODE
encoding of fixed endianity.

Numerous embarassing defects in the previous version were
fixed.

This module also serves as a testbed for a bleeding edge
intlobj.h, modified for const correctness and type safety.
