I would say that this is completely redundand feature (blame me if you
want). I'm programming in Java for approx. 5 years now, there is
neither complete evaluation nor an option to switch it on. And I, one
from few hundreds of thousands (or even millions) of developers, never
lacked such feature. (Yes, I still believe that Java is probably one
of the best balanced imperative languages one can have) :)
