normal "standalone" transactions? What happens with SP-local
transactions if transaction in which SP was executed is rolled back?
Can it be that the only use of Oracle SP-local transactions is to
guarantee atomicity of SP execution? If yes, Firebird seems to be
suitable for Compiere.
