Subject RE: [IB-Architect] How about {$IFDEF xxx} {$ENDIF}
Author Kim-Bo.Madsen@sas.dk
Hi,

How about simply incoorporating both syntax's to keep Firebird IB
compatible.
This will make it easier for future IB users to move over to use Firebird.
Keeping compability is really needed.
Having 'Interbase x' and 'Interbase y', whatever their names, is not a good
idea. It makes more confusion and inherently will make people choose other
more 'stable' designs.

best regards

I know, I just wanted to add some points.

Cheers
