Kind of a terse note. Where is the appropriate location since I have repeatedly
asked this question of Jim Starkey in numerous groups? I thought I would ad it as a
note.

Besides, it is far more pertinent to "IB" than the mindless childish dribble that
has been flooding the groups for many, many hours.
