Sure. One can't expect them to support software they don't provide.

The bigger concern for me is that they refer to the "security issue" in
the singular and don't mention which one they fix, or how. It's been
claimed elsewhere that the fixed binaries (for which you must submit to
a Borland interview) have the back door removed entirely whereas the
patch just overwrites the username and password with random data. I
haven't checked this myself, so take it with a grain of salt.
