Sorry for sending this message to this group.... but having major problems
sending anything to newsgroups!

Having a problem with the above error. The function which returns this error
is isc_dsql_prepare(). The code compile and runs without error under Windows
and Linux. However, when the same code is run on Sun (Sparc Solaris 2.7) the
result indicates an error -

feature is not supported

Any clue as to what causes this error. I read on some other newsgroup that
it occurs when you are attempting to something IB6 specific and do not have
the client library installed. A test program with the same code on Solaris
also works correctly?????
