<<IBXConst.pas is in the runtime packages link. Sounds like this person is
only
trying the design time package without updating the runtime source at the
same
time. I just downloaded both archives and that is in the IBX_Package.zip
file
just like it is supposed to be. First day they had them mis marked and had
the
design time package (IBX_DPackage.zip) marked as Delphi, and the run time
package (IBX_Package.zip) as BCB. The labels are correct now on the web
