Converting the makefile was pretty easy now that I found the include files.
I had removed the SDK files from my disk while playing with an embedded
install. I can send msvc makefiles (dsp for the ide) if you want...

The makefile is for Linux and requires the Merant driver manager. I
should generate a Window's makefile. Until then, I suggest that you
wing it with your favorite Windows C++ IDE. There really isn't anything
particularly complicated.
