Hi dontneedum,
You might have found an egroups.com group that doesn't match your area of
interest. We aren't discussing architecture of buildings or houses here.
We're discussing software design of a specific database management package
for programmers, called InterBase.
If you don't know what I'm talking about when we use words like, "TCP/IP,"
"SQL parser," "ODBC," or "compiler," then you are probably in the wrong
place. :-) No harm done, and you are welcome to listen, but you'll
probably find the conversation boring unless you are a systems programmer.
Regards,
Bill Karwin
