Ok, Ok, David, you're telling me it's better to keep every details of
that casing/accenting/anyotherthing issue in the collation drivers.
I must say your arguments (Thai, Phone Book Sort, CASE/NOCASE,
ACCENT/NOACCENT, ...) do convince me better, now.
