When you join a list, you are expected to read the charter of the list at
egroups/onelist first. The charter says something like that this is to
discuss changes to the IB architecture. General user problems can be
directed to Mers (using ML or NG, mers.interbase.list) because this list
discusses problems only when they are connected (or suspected to be
connected) with SW architectural designs.
