Testproject attached.

Steps to reproduce (Delphi 7):

1. Open project in the IDE
2. select the form and open Font-Setting from the form.
3. Change Fontsize or Fontname
4. every component on the form is changed
5. Save the project and close it
6. Open the project again
7. select the form and open Font-Setting from the form.
8. Change Fontsize or Fontname again
9. TIB_Edit.Autolable isn't changed

If you edit the form and delete the lines:

��� AutoLabel.Font.Charset = DEFAULT_CHARSET
��� AutoLabel.Font.Color = clWindowText
��� AutoLabel.Font.Height = -11
��� AutoLabel.Font.Name = 'Source Code Pro'

everything works as expected - until you don't save the dfm :-)
