Hi Set,
Many thanks for your quick reply. Reason why I want to join tables from different database is for backwards compatibility of the application.
At the moment results are stored in a temporary database in a local folder at the client side, while the used data for calculation of these results are in a shared database on the server side. Sometimes users want reports of results combined with general data located in database on the server. With BDE/Paradox this was a simple join of tables with the appropriate folder locations.
