FB 1.5 is CS or SS? In SS architecture try use Service API and check connected users names. (If CS – only you own name will be returned, AFAIK).

Is there anyway to know if anyone else is connect to a FB DB (using 1.5x right now) -- so I can know if is okay to run an update on the DB? (It may fail if someone else is connected).
