To workaqround the problem,  I uninstalled fastreport 5 and I install my old fastreport 4.

I did a few changes and I recompiled it to work with XE8.

Than, your old IBO fastreport component worked again.

But, with fastreport 5 It doesn't work. 

The problem is that when I load the design preview of fastreport 5, your old IBO fastreport component doesn´t show into preview. So, I can´t bind it to a fastreport band.
