Hi Florian,
I was able to find some problems and fix them in
IB_Import.pas.
I'll send you the corrected unit in a separate private
email.
If you have access to my svn repository for development you
can just do an update since I did commit that changes.

I have uploaded the zipped file TestImport.zip. Employee database with simple SP, Import ini file and import csv file is included.
Hope you can shed some light.
