Sorry, I am unable to reproduce your problem.
If you have in your boolean field values differents from S or N, then you get this error.
Search in your table for boolean fields values others than S or N

No, The domain does not accept other value, S or N and the default value is N, if I change the domain to accept T or F the problem disappears.
