Technically you should just go ahead and start again with a new license
since the upgrade is meant to continue a contiguous subscription from year
to year. But, I don't mind if you want to go ahead and get the Data Access
Bundle Upgrade for $175. It should be an available option in the storefront
in your account that has your prior purchase.
