It will optimize things if possible, otherwise it will perform the refresh
for you. And, it will try and just do a refresh of the keys instead of the
whole set of records.

This is all a part of my BDE to IBO conversion feature set so that XBASE
style applications can retain as much of the former efficiency and
performance as possible, while getting the full benefit of the transactional
and query based SQL engine.

Very clever. It worked too! I guess this is faster than doing a Refresh on
the receiving table?
