For my customer that was having problems, I did change that form's
transaction handling from implicit to explicit. And, they did seem to
be able to reproduce it consistently, but only on one specific form.
But, I think up to now, this is the fourth form that I changed the
transaction handling. And, I'm only doing this when a bug report
comes in. I would be willing to try the patch, for our next release,
which should be in 2-3 weeks, but if I get a bug report for the same
problem, I would try it with that customer.
