This is an old problem that has been fixed. You need to get on the latest version of IBO.

Subject: [IBO] Grayed-out IBO Components

On my component toolbar a number of IBO components are grayed out. Hover note indicates they provide 64-bit support only. 32&64-bit-supporting components are not greyed out. I'm compiling to 32-bit target. Need IB_Import, which is in former category. May need others, later. How can I fix this?
