as far I can tell the problem was with ib_sessions. (but I cannot say exactly what was the problem because the error message was not an explicit one). was Acces Violation on xx..yyy..zzz.

that is why i kinda need some simple example in how to use grids, how to use query, how to use this and that.

any example that is working I think will be ok.
maybe I miss to put components or something like this because I NEVER have any problem in normal VCL application.
