Yes I'm the one who want it running on Delphi 7. We are still use this old
Delphi 7 license as we see that the FireMonkey in Delphi XExx still in
development in mobile environment. Maybe some newer version again and we
will move to the new XExx.

Perhaps IBO5 still support at least Delphi 7.

IBO 5 only installs into D2009 and higher.
I only distribute the raw source for now.
I'm actually working on the IBO 5 installer right now.

It wouldn't take a tremendous amount of work to get IBO 5 to work in Delphi
5 and up. For those who want this, please let me know.
