I gave up installing it. The installer gives all kinds of 'warnings' then
says missing files at the end and the components are NOT installed into
2007.

You should be able to just ignore those warnings and the install will
complete as it should. They are just warnings, not failures.

When I try to install the eval version into Delphi 2007 I get a message
saying unable to compile C++ file.

"Warning: Filed to build library for c++ Builder
'C:\Users...\IBO40ART_D2007.lib'"

My version of 2007 (RAD Studio) didn't come with C++.

How can I install this into D2007?
